Phuket Trip from 15th to 19th April 2006 with Lawrence and Terence

On 14th April, went to Cousin Stephen house to celcbrate my little niece, Celeste's Birthday. And after the dinner, i took a ride from Wendy and stay at her house while waiting for Lawrence to get home and can stay over at his place and share cab to Airport, if not, it would be very expensive to go from Woodlands to Airport.

I reached Lawrence's house around 12.45am, and he have not bath, have not pack his bag for holiday!! So i start to nag like a mother, anxiously asking him to pack his bag. And best.. when i ask him if he knows how to pack.. he say no.. aiya.. just dump everything in lor.. i almost went crazy.. hahaha.. so i say nvm.. i help u pack lor..and i told him.. my mama also never help me to pack my bag lor.. and u still need me to help u pack.. shame shame.. hahaha.. Finish packing around 2am le.. so i decided not to sleep because i m afraid that we can't wake up on time and will miss the flight.. so i ask him to go to bed and i went online to chat.

Wake Lawrence up at 4.30am, he felt so reluctant to wake up.. but i keep using his "chow chow" to beat him.. to make him wake up.. hahah... and he finally wake up.. and wash up and i called for a cab to pick us up. Reached airport around 5ish..and Terence also reached just in time and we went to check in directly and went into the departure place to shop abit..as we would only be able to know which gate to report to at 6.20am.

First time taking Tiger Airway from Budget Terminal, kind of fun though.. Once we know which gate and head straight there, so many people Queue-ing liao.. we joke joke joke all the way.. and those people keep staring at us.. hahha.. and this silly Lawrence went to sit near the Exit door and imagine what the air stewardess tells me.." mdm, u have to leave ur waist pouch on the luggage bin as it may block the emergency exit in some ways.. i was like ???? well.. nvm.. i just leave it on top lor.. abit bo liao though.. then me and Terence is sleeping all the way.. and Lawrence was bz taking pictures of his own ... Abit Zhi Lian Kuang rite? hahahaa...

When we reach Phuket, there is this travel agent who will come and pick us up and bring us to the hotel. After about 45mins ride, we reach the hotel, but was told that the guest in the room have not check-out, so we gotta to wait till 11am then we can check-in and the tour agent will come and fetch us at 1.30pm to go to the GEMS factory and then the half day tour and then our Seafood Dinner. So since we cant check-in, then we decided to walk around Patong Beach.. and was told that most shop opens only around 11am. And the 3 of us are hungry, as looking for food to eat, we only can find Mac Donalds and Subway open.. so we decided to have Mc Donald.. and Lawrence was like.. huh?? eat Mac Donalds ah? hahaha...So we walk back all the way back to hotel around 11am and check-in and we decided not to follow the city tour as we think its not worth doing so .. so we ask the reception to make a phone call, but the reception says that we need to pay 30Baht inorder to make the call.. with no choice.. we just ask them to charge lor.. and the do do tour guide say he will be at the hotel in 5mins.. and talk to us.. and i make Terence to talk to him.. hahaha..=P

Then after some rest in the room.. we continue our journey to Patong Beach again.. Window Shopping this time as most of the shop have opened.. and we went back to check-in to the hotel, have a little rest and we went out to shop and walk around again.. very fun.. hahaha..

And in da evening after dinner, we walk the whole Patong Beach again.. taking pictures of the evening sunset.. very nice.. very interesting.. could never see this kind of sunset in Singapore at all boi! and after a long shop.. we went to Bang La Road and see ah Gua.. hehehe.. drinking .. We had Chang Beer, which is make in Thailand.. alcohol contain higher then the others and its cheap.. They have an interesting game which they have a big Chopping board, and you will have to hit the long nail into the chopping board. The loser would have to treat or drink what ever was given.. i of cos lost cos i ger mah.. dun have so much strenght to hit that nail into the chopping board.. and best.. i was damn high and did some stupid stuff.. kissed the one i like.. (good kisser though)hahaha..

Second day, nothing much to do .. walk and shop and eat da whole day.. nothing fun and most of the water sport are damn expensive.. so sian.. budget leh.. if not then i would have go for all what i wan.. and some one always just say only.. wanted to bring Lawrence to see Simon Cabaret, but.. was delay n delay.. and nv watch..

On the 3rd day, we finally went to check out on the rental rate of the motorbike at a little food stall that we have passby everyday to go to the shops and beach.. and they only charge us like $150 Baht a day.. and that was really cheap.. and we decided to rent it and we can save some walking energy. And we start to ride here and there ... though me just a pillion but still very fun lor.. cos someone dun Pillion me on his bike in Singapore, but dare to pillion me over at Phuket.. haha... and we went up to hill top and we can see the whole Patong beach night scenery.. very nice.. wun regret one... then we went back to Bang La Road and have a drink.. this time only 1 bottle of Chang Beer.. akaaka..

4th Day.. its Shopping DAY!!!! kekeke.. we went ard to get T-shirts, souvenias.. and eat eat eat again.. hahah.. then sleep sleep sleep.. and after dinner.. shop shop shop again.. cannot make it man!!! kakaka.. and went back hotel, take turns to bath and then pack our stuff as we have to leave the hotel at 6am in the morning.

By the time i slept.. it was like 2 or 3am already and best.. got to claw up at 5am to get ready as the bus will come and pick us up at 6am sharp as we are flying off ard 8am. Reached Phuket Airport.. was somehow looking around for Tiger Airway Counter, lucky we are early and dun have too long Queue.. and right after that, we go in to the waiting area.. it was really crowded.. and again got to Queue to get into the flight.. and it was delayed.. so bored..

We reached back Singapore almost around 11am le.. and we had to walk such a long way to the immigration.. best.. we can shop shop shop for alcohol and perfumes.. kekeke.. and by the time we left to T2 for our lunch, it was like 12pm le.. and had a quick lunch. Me and Lawrence then share a cab back to his place then back to mine.. very tired journey.. but an enjoyable one.. will go back to Phuket again..when i have the time and the cash.. heheheh...
